Founded in 1993, Webimation has been growing rapidly as its market grows. Founded in Shanxi, Webimation has branches and partnerships in Beijing, Shandong, Tianjing, Hebei, and the San Francisco Bay area and has a staff of 400 people, including over 300 software specialists.

      Offshore-outsourcing started in 1994 for the Church Management Information Systems, and CMIS have had over 16,000 customers in the United States by 2004.

      WebOut, one of the branches in Webimation, is a firm focused on project management. It consists of three parts: the Kernel team, the system engineer (SE) team, and the programmer pool. The Kernel team of the firm consists of the project executives (PE or PL) who are specialized for project management. The SE team is another backbone of the firm and is focused on systems analysis and design, and coordination with SEs in US partners including Corezon, BitSys and members of BitSys network. The programmer pool is comprised of WebOut as well as employees from partnerships with Ideas, NetStar, etc.

      As a result of the experienced project leader's team and the abundance of talented engineers our partnerships with China offers, WebOut is capable of offering a cost-effective software development solution to our clients. Our US partner, Corezon, will focus on marketing, while BitSys will focus on architecture, requirements, and customer support. WebOut and its partners in China will focus on design, implementation, coding, and testing.
