      iWebPos is one of our products that uses two-phase transaction mechanisms which have over 3,000 pos deployed, including 1,000 from wu-mart.

Mobile Entertainment and Mobil Commerce

      Web-Message Centre, www.webimation.com and www.ty.sx.cn are Message centers and two major website using WebOut SMS platform and gateways. By the end of 2004, we had over 2,000,000 customers in the pool and we currently also have merchant customers like Huaxia Bank and China Transportation Bank, which provides services to their customers including instant messaging for account hits. Started in Jan. 2005, we provided Shanxi mobile phone holders the ability to book train tickets via USSD and WAP and pay for the tickets using credit cards.

Commercial MIS

      Our first commercial system, Hotel Pos, was launched in 1994; our supermarket system Pos was launched in 1995. By the end of 2004, we had over 200 commercial merchant customers all over China.

Financial systems

      www.i618.com.cn is WebOut's typical systems, which is an online, secured, multi-channel brokerage system. Daily transactions of the system is up to 200,000,000rmb.

Redevelopment of a Finance System

      The client had a Legacy COBOL, CICS system and the plan was to add a front-end UNIX machine to interface all of the user requests. The MQ is used to handle message transfers between the mainframe database and front-end machine. We have participated in the mainframe side of the project using skills such as COBOL, CICS, MQ, DB2, and VTAM.

Analysis of a Legacy Application

      The client was planning to redevelop their legacy application because the COBOL application's documentation was poor. We were contracted to re-draw the flowchart of the source program and provide comments.
